About the Job
We’re looking for a creative and strategic content writer to join our team at Grassroot Design. In this role, you’ll craft compelling content across platforms, ranging from social media posts and blogs to digital campaigns and SEO-driven articles. You'll bring stories to life and shape the voice of diverse B2B and B2C brands.Key Responsibilities
A. Content creation & strategy:
1. Develop and manage content calendars and strategies for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
2. Create original, brand-aligned content for a variety of clients- posts, stories, ads, and campaign materials.
3. Write persuasive copy for decks, brochures, newsletters, blogs, and case studies tailored to each brand’s voice.
4. Participate in client meetings to understand goals and present tailored content strategies.
B. Social media management:
1. Plan, schedule, and publish daily content for multiple client accounts.
2. Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across platforms.
3. Stay current with trends to create timely, relevant, and engaging content.
C. Analytics & optimization:
1. Monitor and evaluate content performance using analytics tools.
2. Optimize strategies based on insights to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion.
3. Conduct regular social media audits and implement improvements.
D. Collaborative brand development:
1. Collaborate with designers and clients to ensure content reflects each brand’s tone and aesthetic.
2. Keep up with best practices and emerging trends in content marketing and social media.
