About the Job
Key eesponsibilities:1. Prospect & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients through online research, cold calls, and networking.
Build and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
2. Product Pitch & Demonstration
Understand client needs and pitch suitable IoT solutions.
Conduct virtual or in-person demos to showcase product benefits.
3. Sales Conversion
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into clients.
Negotiate and close deals with support from senior team members.
4. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong post-sale relationships for retention and upsell opportunities.
Act as a point of contact for client support or feedback.
5. Market Research
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
Gather client feedback to help refine product offerings.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Update CRM systems with activity logs, deal progress, and meeting notes.
Prepare sales reports for internal review and planning.
7. Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams for smooth handovers and aligned messaging.
