About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle outbound and inbound calls to convert leads for upcoming trips for senior citizens.
2. Explain app features and benefits to prospective clients and encourage them to subscribe.
3. Build strong relationships with leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
4. Visit Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and attend workshops or sessions organized for senior citizens to promote offerings.
5. Participate in on-ground marketing activities in societies and communities to generate leads and increase visibility.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital and offline promotional campaigns.
7. Update and maintain CRM database with call outcomes and client responses.
8. Assist in resolving any client doubts or objections with a calm and polite tone.
9. Coordinate with the trip planning and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of converted clients.
10. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
