About the Job
As a corporate sales executive (telecaller) at Virtued Academy International, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage with potential students, promoting our high-quality online educational programs for healthcare professionals. Your role is critical in driving enrollments through effective counseling and relationship-building.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle 30–50 new WhatsApp enquiries per day and follow up regularly via WhatsApp and calls
2. Make 60–80 quality calls per day (new + follow-ups), maintaining proper communication logs in the CRM
3. Counsel healthcare professionals on career growth and course options
4. Handle objections and doubts with empathy and professionalism
5. Share course details, brochures, and guide candidates through the enrollment process
6. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets consistently
7. Provide daily updates and performance reports to the reporting manager
Career growth path:
1. 6 months: Promotion to senior counselor
2. 12 months: Promotion to team lead (with team incentives)
3. Fast-track growth for consistent top performers
Salary & incentives:
1. Fixed Pay: ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per year
2. Incentives: ₹1,20,000 – ₹6,00,000+ per year (performance-based)
