Key responsibilities:
1. Prospect, identify, and qualify leads via cold calls, email campaigns, and digital outreach
2. Understand client pain points and present tailored SaaS solutions
3. Conduct engaging product demos and virtual/in-person presentations
4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
5. Manage sales activities and customer information through CRM tools
6. Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign success
7. Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline
2. 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales (SaaS preferred)
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Strong ownership mindset and goal-driven approach
5. Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle
6. Comfortable with remote collaboration and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SMB or enterprise SaaS sales
Familiarity with Indian startup ecosystem or SaaS platforms
Knowledge of inbound/outbound sales methodologies
Compensation & perks:
Freshers (MBA): ₹2.5 LPA + Benefits
Experienced (3–10 Yrs): ₹4–10 LPA + Benefits
