Key Responsibilities:1. Contact and follow up with leads generated via marketing channels (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, etc.)
2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options
3. Conduct site visits and explain project features, amenities, and pricing
4. Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-up
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
6. Maintain records of interactions, lead status, and updates in CRM
7. Do follow-ups and nurturing of the leads properly
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
