We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Voice Process team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about customer service and eager to begin their career in the BPO/Customer Support industry.
Key responsibilities :
1. Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
2. Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively.
3. Provide accurate information related to products/services.
4. Maintain customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service quality.
5. Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
6. Follow up to ensure resolution where necessary.
Requirements :
Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / regional language].
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
