About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
2. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
6. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
9. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and support for seamless execution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successful sales experience is a plus.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
7. Willingness to travel as required.
