About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close (and everything in between)
2. Build relationships with HR leaders, talent development teams, and people ops folks
3. Understand client pain points and connect them to how our platform helps—especially around employee transitions, outplacement, and internal mobility
4. Test, iterate, and help refine our sales process and pitch
5. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and warm leads
6. Track your pipeline, share learnings, and help us grow smarter
7. Be a key voice in product and strategy conversations
