About the Job
Key responsibilities -1) Sales Management- Drive daily sales, meet targets, and ensure excellent customer service to maximise in-store conversions.
2) Client Interaction & Service- Greet clients, assist with product selection, handle queries and feedback, and maintain long-term client relationships.
3) Inventory & Fabric Oversight- Monitor stock levels of garments, fabrics, and accessories; coordinate with the factory for restocking and custom orders.
4) Billing & Transaction Handling- Manage accurate billing through the POS system, handle all payment modes, and maintain daily transaction records.
5) Store Aesthetics & Merchandising- Maintain store cleanliness, layout, and product displays in line with the brand’s visual and experiential standards.
