About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Client Calling & Lead Conversion:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs.
B. Follow-Up & Relationship Building:
Consistently follow up on leads, quotations, and pending deals.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
C. Quotations & Negotiation:
Prepare and share accurate quotations with clients.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
D. CRM Management:
Update and maintain CRM records for all customers and leads.
Ensure proper tracking of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
E. Market Awareness & Product Knowledge:
Stay updated with BMW & Mercedes aftermarket products and trends.
Guide customers on available upgrades (body kits, conversion kits, etc.).

Requirements:

1. Experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling (auto industry preferred).
2. Basic understanding of BMW/Mercedes cars or aftermarket parts (training will be provided).
3. Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
4. Proficiency in using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email.
5. Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
