Key responsibilities:A. Creative Thinking & Trend Analysis:
1. Proactively experiment with new creative concepts relevant to beauty/skincare projects.
2. Research, track, and apply current beauty and skincare trends to team projects.
3. Share key insights in team meetings to foster idea generation.
B. Teamwork & Communication:
1. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
2. Maintain clear and concise communication across all project stakeholders.
3. Foster a positive, inclusive team atmosphere.
C. Moodboarding & Pre-production:
1. Develop moodboards to visually communicate creative vision as per client brief.
2. Manage and coordinate all aspects of pre-production logistics.
D. Technical Knowledge Development:
1. Continuously upgrade technical skills with an emphasis on lighting and production.
2. Apply technical insights to enhance project outcomes.
E. Client Communication & Representation:
1. Manage client communications in a professional and ethical manner.
2. Represent Lit Creative Studio’s interests and maintain regular updates with clients.
F. Project Ownership & Delivery:
1. Oversee all projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
2. Lead project reviews, collect and implement stakeholder feedback promptly.
G. Social Media Management & Training:
1. Mentor and train social media interns.
2. Collaborate in developing and refining content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
3. Monitor analytics, adapting strategies for optimal results.
