Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Voice/Non-VoiceCompany - Concentrix
Shift - Rotational
Working Days - 5 days
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide accurate information and resolve complaints promptly.
3. Maintain professional and empathetic communication.
4. Record interactions in CRM and escalate complex issues when needed.
5. Follow process guidelines and meet quality/service targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
