We are seeking a well-spoken and driven Franchise Lead Consultant to handle and convert qualified franchise leads generated through exhibitions, digital campaigns, and walk-ins. You will be the first point of contact for potential partners and will play a critical role in expanding our national footprint.Key Responsibilities:
1. Call and engage with incoming leads interested in taking up a Diviniti franchise
2. Explain the brand, business model, ROI expectations, and investment required
3. Maintain a consistent follow-up cycle via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails
4. Qualify leads and coordinate with senior management for site visits or closures
5. Maintain all lead details and status updates on CRM/Excel
6. Assist in franchise events and exhibitions when required
