About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Address and resolve customer queries through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and social media
2. Participate in research callouts as part of the team when required
3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
4. Identify and understand customer needs and requirements
5. Process and log inquiries from emails, calls, and social media on the CRM system
6. Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues as needed
7. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
8. Update customer information as necessary
9. Maintain confidentiality of customer data and information
10. Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
11. Align personal goals with the objectives of the organization
