About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
2. Attend to patient or visitor inquiries related to services, appointments, doctors, and departments.
3. Book, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments as per hospital protocol.
4. Provide accurate information about hospital timings, location, facilities, and doctor availability.
5. Transfer calls to the relevant department or personnel based on the query.
6. Listen to patient concerns, address issues, and escalate unresolved complaints to supervisors.
7. Log all calls, follow-up actions, and maintain daily call reports.
8. Handle emergency or urgent queries quickly and accurately.
9. Follow communication protocols and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
