About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Managing the day to day store operations.
2. Opening and closing the stores on time.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
4. Handle cash and card settlements.
5. Maintain records for incoming and outgoing garments.
6. Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on different service features.
7. Go the extra mile to drive sales.
8. Remain knowledgeable on different services offered.
9. Build productive trust relationship with customers.
10. Monitor timely delivery to the customer on pickup and delivery of orders by coordinating with field executives/operation team
11. Effective execution of various sales promotional activities.
12. Provide customer feedback to the through internal tickets
13. Stay up-to-date with new services
Time - 10am - 9pm
Lunch time -1pm - 2pm
Week off - Wednesday
Salary range - 20000 + 1% sales incentive (including PF)
Incentive+ESI+Insurance
Experience - 1+ years
Orginal document - SSLC/puc/degree/RC card (offer letter) - Bangalore own property residence then Aadhar should be fine.
Location -UB City, Bangalore
