About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone
2. Adhere to and support company policies and practices
3. Respond to all internal communication in a timely and effective manner
4. Achieve productivity that meets job standards with speed and accuracy
5. Adapt to changing demands and shift priorities as needed
6. Ensure no losses or errors occur while assisting customers
7. Prevent mis-selling and fraud in all processes
Requirements: Good communication skills are required.
