About the Job
Key responsibilities:Take care of inbound / outbound calls to take up insurance sales (motor/health) through telecalling set-up.
Call potential customers based on leads/ database assigned to assist sales of insurance products as a broking set-up.
Understand and learn products of different insurers to pitch the right product as per the customer's needs and use.
Develop and sustain effective customer relations to be able to cross-sell & upsell.
Using sales scripts given by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections /queries.
Continuously meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
