Key Responsibilities:>> Order Confirmations: Call and confirm COD/prepaid orders with a friendly and helpful approach.
>> Return & RTO Management: Handle customer queries regarding returns or exchanges and manage RTO (Return to Origin) cases smoothly and efficiently.
>> Customer Interaction: Understand the customer’s needs, preferences, and concerns via WhatsApp, calls, email, or Instagram messages.
>> Product Guidance: Help customers choose the right style/size based on their requirements.
>> Complaint Resolution: Address issues with patience and a solution-oriented mindset, always maintaining the Bombay Brown tone—warm, respectful, and honest.
>> Feedback & Insights: Gather feedback to help improve our customer experience and product development.
