Key responsibilities:1. Responding to bank customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Handling incoming calls from the existing account holders with a friendly and helpful attitude.
3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Assisting with data entry and updating customer information in our database.
5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Providing support to the sales team by following up with potential leads.
7. Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
