1. Ensure customer satisfaction & onboarding
2. Guide new users (Learners & HRs) post enrollment
3. Engage proactively in assisting learners on the platform for enhanced customer experience and satisfaction
4. Collect feedback & share insights
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders
6. Manage reporting activities
