About the Job
We are looking for a customer support executive who can manage our customer communication across WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and website chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional experience.Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs, and website live chat
2. Resolve order-related issues like tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds
3. Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and product updates
4. Maintain records of customer interactions and update order sheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
5. Proactively follow up on abandoned carts and improve conversions
6. Provide product information and styling assistance to customers (if needed)
