About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead data entry & validation: Accurately input and validate lead data from multiple sources (portals, campaigns, referrals) into the CRM system, like Excel.
2. Lead distribution management: Allocate leads to the appropriate sales team members based on project, location, or campaign priority.
3. Follow-up tracking & escalation: Monitor pending follow-ups in the CRM and coordinate with the sales team for timely updates; escalate delays to management.
4. Reporting & dashboard updates: Generate daily/weekly MIS reports including inquiry status, follow-up actions, conversion funnels, and campaign-wise performance.
5. Feedback recording & tagging: Log client feedback in the CRM with appropriate tags for future nurturing, retargeting, or remarketing strategies.
