About the Job
We're a growing consumer products company with three sister brands across different categories. Ausnya, our hospitality brand, recently launched its first property in Tirthan with expansion plans underway. We're building a portfolio that celebrates authentic experiences, quiet restraint, and anticipatory service across all our ventures. We need a strategic brand manager to immediately step in and lead all digital marketing efforts across our three distinct brands. You'll be the marketing department - building strategy, executing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling while honoring each brand's unique market position.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple consumer categories
2. Manage social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with distinct yet cohesive brand voices
3. Create content calendars, coordinate photoshoots, and oversee visual storytelling for diverse product lines
4. Handle email marketing campaigns, website updates, and SEO optimization across all brands
5. Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers, and brand partnerships for different market segments
6. Monitor analytics, track ROI, and adjust strategies based on performance across categories
7. Ensure overarching brand consistency while allowing each sister company to maintain its unique identity
8. Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships across the portfolio
9. Support Ausnya's property expansion marketing and future location launches
