About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Executive to join our dynamic and rapidly growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about digital marketing, and use and create data-driven mar-tech stack.
As a Marketing Automation Executive, you will play a key role in planning and executing multi-channel lead nurturing campaigns using advanced automation tools. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to drive engagement, streamline processes, and enhance the overall marketing performance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize communication workflows across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital channels to nurture leads.
2. Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Zapier, Mailchimp, or similar platforms to build and schedule automated campaigns.
3. Track and analyze user behavior to trigger personalized communication based on lead lifecycle stages.
4. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver impactful messaging that drives engagement and conversions.
5. Monitor campaign performance metrics and suggest data-backed improvements to enhance effectiveness (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, etc.).
6. Assist in setting up and maintaining integrations between marketing tools to automate repetitive tasks.
7. Ensure CRM and marketing databases are clean, well-segmented, and up-to-date at all times.

Strong interest in automation and digital marketing
Basic understanding of CRM, email marketing, and marketing technology tools
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute structured processes flawlessly
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a learning mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.

Nice to have (not mandatory):

Familiarity with Salesforce, Zapier, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar marketing tools
Exposure to Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and basic HTML/CSS (especially for email formatting).
Understanding of marketing funnels and lead-nurturing concepts.
