About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google, Instagram, and Facebook
2. Make a website for our clinic
3. Manage and update the clinic’s WordPress/Shopify/Wix website (including SEO basics)
4. Run targeted WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns
5. Track and improve ROI and conversion of ad spends
6. Handle social media scheduling, basic content coordination & postings
7. Optimize online listings on Google My Business, Justdial, Practo, etc.
8. Work closely with clinic staff to align marketing with treatments & offers
9. Brainstorm offline strategies like pamphlet distribution, referral marketing, neighborhood PR, etc.
What we’re looking for:
1+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably healthcare or service industry)
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and SEO
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead capture forms, and tracking tools
Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
