About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic
2. Create and manage YouTube video content, including optimization for search and engagement
3. Run YouTube Ads to drive views, subscriptions, and leads
4. Handle Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns including Meta Pixel setup, audience segmentation, and lead generation
5. Design, launch, and monitor Facebook Ads and Google Ads (Search & Display) campaigns
6. Create and manage YouTube Ads campaigns to boost views, engagement, and lead generation
7. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
8. Create LinkedIn content strategies and paid promotions for engagement (preferred)
9. Monitor trends and competitors in digital marketing to keep strategies updated
Required Skills:
1. Demonstrate strong knowledge of SEO techniques and tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
2. Show hands-on experience with YouTube marketing and ad campaigns
3. Display proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
4. Generate and manage YouTube Ads campaigns effectively
5. Interpret and report data using Google Analytics
6. Apply a creative mindset with good communication and analytical skills
Qualifications:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
2. Possess 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, especially in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and data analytics
3. Show strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
4. Use digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM software, and SEO tools
5. Demonstrate excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data
6. Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
