About the Job
The Digital Marketing Head will lead and execute the NGO’s digital strategy, content planning, social media campaigns, and online presence to maximize engagement, awareness, and fundraising efforts. The role demands a creative thinker with strong leadership and technical marketing skills, who can drive measurable results across platforms.Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the NGO’s mission and campaigns.
2. Lead a team of content creators, designers, interns, and social media managers.
3. Manage and grow the NGO’s online presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
4. Analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
5. Coordinate with the project and media teams to ensure timely and impactful content delivery.
6. Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital campaigns and fundraising promotions.
7. Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials and online communications.
8. Stay updated with digital trends and apply best practices to enhance outreach.
Note: The position will commence following the successful completion of a 3-month training period, during which a stipend of ₹10k – ₹15k will be provided. After successful onboarding, the salary will range from ₹22k to ₹55k per month, depending on performance, experience, and project outcomes.
