About the Job
Key responsibilities:·Hospital Relationship Management
Act as the single point of contact between the hospital and Prodoc AI, ensuring seamless collaboration and high responsiveness.
·Campaign Management
Execute targeted digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to build awareness and generate leads.
·Lead Management
Track leads generated through Prodoc AI’s channels and coordinate with them to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
·Digital Presence Management
Manage and continuously optimize the hospital’s online presence, including Google listings, social media platforms, and third-party directories.
·Performance Analytics
Monitor and track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot; provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
·Content Coordination
Curate and coordinate content creation including doctor profiles, patient testimonials, treatment highlights, and seasonal campaigns.
·Team Collaboration
Work with design, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with broader
company goals.
· Tool & Workflow Support
Assist hospital teams in using Prodoc AI’s platform effectively, including training staff on workflows and resolving usage issues.
· Feedback & Insights
Gather feedback from hospital teams and patients to recommend strategies that enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
