About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design, install, configure, and maintain ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Networking, and BMS.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and specifications.
3. Perform site surveys and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical reports.
4. Supervise and coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors during project execution.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications.
6. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain installed ELV systems.
7. Conduct system testing, commissioning, and handover to clients.
8. Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance teams.
9. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records for all installations and service activities.
