3. Stay updated on product features, claim processes, and regulatory changes across insurance categories.
4. Provide clear, simple, and accurate advice to help customers make informed insurance decisions.
5. Build trust-based relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and long-term engagement.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product/service improvement.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed logs of interactions, reviews, and follow-up actions in CRM tools.
