Key responsibilities:1. Conduct interactive classes on spoken and written English, communication skills, and personality development.
2. Train students for group discussions, mock interviews, and public speaking.
3. Develop and deliver customized lesson plans, exercises, and activities to improve fluency and confidence.
4. Assess students’ communication strengths and weaknesses and provide individual feedback.
5. Organize soft skills workshops and motivational sessions to prepare students for maritime industry requirements.
6. Collaborate with academic teams to design and update course content.
