Key Responsibilities:1. Cooking
2. Craft budget-friendly menus with 70 % shared ingredients.
3. Manage online food ordering platforms. Manage coupons and advertisements.
4. Track food-cost vs. sales (target ≤ 28 %), close weekly P&L in Excel.
5. Recruit & train 3 CDPs + 8 crew; write SOPs, recipe cards etc
6. Drop festival collabs (Millet Week, influencer tastings).
7. Write detailed recipes for juniors
8. Supervise all the operations of the cloud kitchen
9. IMP: Good gentlemanly behaviour mandatory
