Experience: 1 year minimum to 3 years maximum in ORM/social listening.Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform real-time tracking of client mentions and monitor sentiment across platforms
2. Respond to and escalate feedback or issues to the relevant teams for timely resolution
3. Report KRI metrics and create sentiment dashboards for performance analysis
4. Collaborate on proactive online reputation management (ORM) campaigns to enhance brand image
5. Benchmark performance by comparing metrics and sentiment against competitors
