About the Role:IAE Academy is hiring dynamic and knowledgeable faculty members to join our GATE coaching team. If you are passionate about teaching and want to help aspiring engineers achieve top ranks in GATE, we’d love to hear from you. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Electrical Engineering (EE)
Computer Science / IT (CSE/IT)
Biotechnology (BT)
Daily Responsibilities – GATE Trainer (Full-Time/Part-Time)
1. Conducting Classes:
Deliver live classroom sessions (offline or online) as per the batch schedule.
Teach subject-specific topics from the GATE syllabus using a concept-first approach.
Ensure interactive sessions with real-time doubt resolution.
2. Lesson Planning & Content Delivery:
Prepare structured lesson plans and topic-wise teaching materials.
Align teaching with GATE exam pattern, trends, and difficulty levels.
Use examples, numerical problems, and visual aids to simplify complex topics.
3. Student Engagement & Support:
Address individual doubts during and after class hours.
Encourage participation, maintain a student-friendly teaching environment.
Monitor student performance and suggest personalized improvement strategies.
4. Assessment & Evaluation:
Create and evaluate daily practice papers, home assignments, and mini-tests.
Help design mock tests and contribute to test-series development.
Provide performance feedback to students and academic coordinators.
5. Curriculum Development (as applicable):
Update notes and content to reflect the latest GATE syllabus or question patterns.
Contribute to creating handouts, assignments, and recorded modules if required.
6. Collaboration & Training:
Coordinate with other faculty and academic team for academic planning.
Attend internal training sessions or meetings when scheduled.
Provide mentorship to students aiming for top GATE ranks.
Work Timings:
Weekday or weekend classes (Offline at Ballygunge)
Part-time roles based on subject & batch allocation
