Key Responsibilities:1. Visit construction/project sites regularly to monitor ongoing work
2. Share real-time updates and reports with the reporting manager
3. Collect necessary site details such as work progress, manpower, materials, etc.
4. Conduct basic market research related to materials, suppliers, or competitors
5. Stay in regular contact with contractors, builders, and vendors on site
6. Provide daily updates and flag any site issues promptly
