About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients, businesses, and organizations to introduce our gifting solutions.
2. Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to new leads and nurturing existing ones.
3. Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and customization options of our corporate gifts to clients.
4. Develop strong relationships with clients to increase sales opportunities and customer retention.
5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed orders.
6. Provide excellent customer service by answering queries, addressing concerns, and following up on leads and orders.
7. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and client information in the CRM system.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to offer competitive solutions.
9. Provide regular feedback to the management team on performance, challenges, and market insights.
