About the Job
As a Field Sales Associate at BLEAT, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Sales, Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Sales Support to exceed targets and increase revenue. You will also be involved in developing and implementing effective Marketing Strategies and Marketing Campaigns to support sales efforts. Your proficiency in spoken English and Hindi will be essential in communicating with clients and colleagues effectively.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Provide support to the sales team by coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
5. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize sales efforts.
7. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
