About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Build Relationship: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors.
2. Sales Discipline: Follow sales processes and exceed sales targets.
3. Daily Market Visits: You will visit shops, distributors, and potential clients regularly to promote and sell products.
4. Team Coordination: Work with the internal team, share updates, and ensure smooth product delivery and after-sales support.
5. Product Knowledge: Understand all product details, pricing, and benefits to confidently present them to retailers, distributors and customers.
6. Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitors activities, pricing, and market trends to provide feedback to the management.
7. Stock Monitoring: Ensure that distributors and retailers have enough stock and reorder when required.
8. Reporting: Share daily sales reports, visit updates, and feedback with the management team consistently.
