About the Job
We are looking for a driven and energetic field sales executive to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Involve identifying prospective customers and vendors, onboarding them onto our platform, and driving product sales across key neighbourhoods and communities
2. Act as the face of the brand on-ground, engaging with residential societies, retail vendors, and homeowners to promote our offerings and help them adopt our sourcing tools
3. Suit this customer-facing, target-driven role for candidates who enjoy on-the-move roles, relationship-building, and working in a fast-paced, design-led environment
4. Identify and build a pipeline of prospective customers and vendor partners within Bangalore
5. Visit societies, residential communities, and retail vendors to introduce our offerings
6. Promote and onboard users onto our sourcing tool/app and ensure engagement
7. Conduct field-level outreach to generate leads, close sales, and build brand presence
8. Understand customer needs and pain points to recommend suitable products and services
9. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up regularly for repeat business
10. Collect feedback, report market insights, and suggest improvements to sales plans
11. Prepare daily updates, track progress, and meet assigned sales/revenue targets
12. Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented conversations
