About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Onboard new partners and solve supply challenges
2. Manage partner operations, training, and daily activity tracking
3. Visit field locations to identify and onboard service professionals
4. Conduct field surveys and pitch Urban Company’s benefits to potential partners.
5. Collect documents and ensure smooth onboarding of new service partners.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and training schedules.
7. Daily reporting of field activities, leads, and conversions.
8. Meet daily/weekly targets of onboarding professionals.
9. Provide basic support for partners post-onboarding (first-time guidance).
Salary: Rs 25,000 - Rs 30,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
