About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales planning:
a. Aggregate and analyze data from company and individual sales figures.
b. Develop annual and monthly sales plans, including contact details of current and potential customers in target industries.
2. Sales calling:
a. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company and products.
b. Set appointments for detailed discussions, ensuring strong customer engagement.
c. Maintain detailed records of sales calls and interactions.
3. Technical support:
a. Explain the technical details of target products and their applications to potential customers.
b. Collaborate with the regional sales team to build relationships and pitch for future sales opportunities.
4. Customer relationship management:
a. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
b. Proactively reach out via phone calls and social media to engage customers and generate future sales inquiries.
5. Sales processing:
a. Review RFQs (request for quotations), clarify technical details, and prepare accurate quotations.
b. Follow up on pending quotations, ensuring timely responses and success in closing deals.
c. Coordinate with the regional sales team for timely actions and sales progress.
d. Prepare purchase orders for materials needed by the store or customer.
