About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. We are seeking a responsible and energetic Field executive to manage on ground operations, support dealer and farmer networks and ensure smooth product distribution and feedback collections.
2. Conduct regular filed visits to interact with farmers, dealers and distributors.
3. Collect feedback and relay market insights to the management team.
4. Support the sales team in order generations and follow-ups.
5. Assist in organizing farmer meetings, trainings camps, and promotional activities.
Required skills & qualification
1. Enthusiastic and ready to take challenges.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication. Multilingual knowns will be preferred (Tamil & Kannada).
3. Bachelor in Marketing.
