About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and target potential housing societies, apartment associations, and property management companies in assigned territories
2. Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
3. Present and demonstrate the app’s features and benefits to decision-makers, including committees and society managers
4. Understand customer requirements, pain points, and objectives to recommend the best solutions
5. Prepare and share proposals, pricing plans, and agreements tailored to each client
6. Follow up consistently to nurture leads, handle objections, and move prospects through the sales funnel
7. Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
8. Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
9. Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and deals in the CRM system
10. Stay updated on product updates, competitors, and industry trends to strengthen sales pitches
11. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals and referrals
