About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Create original hand-drawn sketches, illustrations, and design concepts.
2. Design patterns, prints, and motifs for fabrics, textiles, or apparel.
3. Support senior designers in the conceptualization of design collections.
4. Convert artwork into digital formats for use in production (basic knowledge of Photoshop/CorelDRAW/Illustrator is a plus).
5. Research design trends, color palettes, and materials.
6. Assist in mock-ups, samples, and presentation boards.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and production team to align designs with brand needs.
