Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D & Graphic Designer to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D design, graphic design, and branding with experience in creating event layouts, stage designs, and marketing materials. You will work closely with our event planning and production teams to bring innovative and visually appealing concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Graphic Design:
1. Design branding and promotional materials, including banners, flyers, invitations, social media posts, and digital ads.
2. Develop creative concepts for logos, presentations, and marketing collateral for events.
3. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and event themes.
B. Collaboration & Execution:
1. Work closely with event planners, marketing teams, and clients to understand design requirements.
2. Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.
3. Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
C. Social Media Graphics:
1. Design and create high-quality, visually compelling graphics, reels, stories, carousels, and videos for social media.
2. Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop visual concepts aligned with campaigns.
3. Maintain brand consistency in all design outputs.
4. Stay updated on the latest design and social media trends, tools, and best practices.
5. Edit and animate short-form videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva Pro.
6. Create templates and design guidelines for recurring formats.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
