Roles & Responsibilities:1-Merchandise Design: Create custom, trendy designs for T-shirts, hoodies, round necks, and polos using DTF/DTG print compatibility.
2-Client-Based Customisation: Work on client briefs to develop designs for events, college fests, corporate orders, and team uniforms.
3-Mockups & Visuals: Create realistic mockups for client approvals and marketing use.
4-Reel & Content Scripting: Ideate and script creative reels, promotional videos, and motion graphics for Instagram and other platforms.
5-Trend Research: Stay updated with fashion trends, fonts, themes, and seasonal styles to suggest fresh design ideas.
6-Collaborate with Teams: Work with the operations, sales, and marketing teams to align design output with brand goals.
7-Print-Ready Files: Ensure final designs are layered, print-ready, and sized accurately for production.
8-Brand Identity: Maintain consistency in brand elements like logos, colour palettes, and visual themes.
