About the Job
We’re not looking for someone who just knows Photoshop. We’re looking for someone who feels fonts, breathes balance, and dreams in layers. This isn’t just design — it’s communication, storytelling, and straight-up magic with color, layout, and a deadline or two.If you know how to make a wild idea look like it belongs on a stage, a deck, or a 10-foot flex — you might be exactly who we need.
What You’ll Be Doing (and hopefully enjoying):
1. Designing event decks that sell ideas before the pitch even starts
2. Creating event collaterals that don’t just look good but work (badges, standees, invites, you name it)
3. Making 2D layouts and mock-ups for stage setups, experiences, booths, etc. — if it’s going to be built, you’re showing what it’ll look like
4. Translating vague ideas like “modern but festive with a touch of minimal” into actual visuals
5. Concept creation and ideation for event themes, storytelling, and visual drama
6. Designing in-house brand marketing stuff that doesn’t make us look like we hired our cousin
7. Prepping files that print vendors won’t curse us for (a very underrated skill)
You, Ideally:
1. Having over 1 year of design experience, preferably in events, advertising, or agencies
2. Have excellent taste in typography, color palettes, layout balance, and can explain why you chose them
3. Are comfortable juggling presentations, mockups, digital & print designs — and still smiling at version 12.4
4. Know how to package print-ready files that are practical, precise, and don't break the printer
5. Are as good at ideation as you are at execution — and you love finding new ways to present the same old idea
6. Can think beyond the screen: how will this look in real life, when people walk in, take photos, or hold it in their hands?
7. Bonus points if you’ve got a bit of motion design or 3D knack (but not a must)
