About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage the complete recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding
2. Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and plan proactive hiring
3. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience through structured orientation and documentation
4. Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies in line with organizational goals and legal requirements
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, HR documentation, and digital records
6. Plan and execute engagement programs, events, and surveys to enhance workplace morale and retention
7. Address employee issues professionally and confidentially, ensuring fair resolution
8. Monitor attendance systems, leaves, and absenteeism, ensuring compliance with company policies
9. Coordinate with the finance team for payroll inputs and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and other labor laws
10. Manage resignation processing, exit interviews, clearance, and full & final settlements
11. Leverage multiple sourcing channels - job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, and referrals - to attract talent
12. Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning programs and compliance training
13. Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values and ensure adherence to all HR compliance practices
